Prayers for Oliver ( "Ollie") and his family

Ollie is my nieces kitty. He was rescued from a wharf in Maine as a kitten about 5 years ago. Several weeks ago he was diagnosed with cancer affecting his ear (a polyp had been removed), lymph nodes, and possibly the bones surrounding his ear. It came on suddenly. His mommy and daddy had decided to not pursue chemo because the rate he was declining but were hoping he'd rally. He got some snuggles yesterday and made his journey to the bridge this morning at about 3am, saving his humans from making that decision. I know they are heart broken, Ollie was so young and had such spunk. It isn't fair. I never met Ollie but my heart is broken.

Oh, Tina, I am so very sorry, they must be in shock, it is so hard when things occur so suddenly, without warning, it is truly heart-wrenching.

I'm saying my prayers for sweet Ollie, and ***tears*** he was taken way too soon....safe and gentle journey sweet baby boy, love is with you always.....((((((HUGS)))))))

I cried on and off all day yesterday Traci. It was just too much. Memories of Willow came flooding back....

Tina I am so sorry to hear this....it hurts regardless of when they go...but seems worse when it is so sudden
