Tambrey, just want to mention about your plan....unaltered toms will do ANYTHING to get to an intact female, so enclosures could actually be dangerous for all of them, especially if they got stuck in the "fence" and couldn't get free- should also be mentioned that small enclosures are just too stressful for rural cats.
I know you mean well and you have a big heart, please just take some time to consider how such enclosures should be done for safety and their sanity, well-being, etc. When you look at sancturary-type structures, you will see those enclosures are quite huge, and sanctuary owners usually have safe areas for the cats to get away from their enclosures to run around and exercise etc.
Not sure where to put this, so I'll put it here...

oh yes, U do understand that...and we have room for size....3 acres of room...
but yes, I keep wondering what and how I could safely contain the toms...until I could get them neutered, and they would be first since less $$ and easier to get done...
Still in a big planning stage right now...IF I had the money, I would actually buy the trailer on the property next door and make that into a safe house for them...queens on one side, toms on the other...and it has a kitchen and bath for food prep and quarantines...and I could then add fenced safe yards off of that...
gotta win the lottery...that is all there is to it
