Note: More than half of the Greater New Orleans urban area is in Jefferson Parish... I am staying in Jefferson atm but my damaged home is in Lakeview, which is in the City of New Orleans - i.e. Orleans Parish. The Jefferson Parish SPCA system is larger than that of Orleans Parish and is used by all GNO - has always had a good record...

I wonder, has anyone heard from Skeptic lately?
