On Septembet 27 I woke up and thought it would be a same boring day, I had no idea I would lose my best friend. I got Peanut my black mountain cur when I was seven and I loved her to death...
We got in the car and about halfway down the road my mom saw her on the road. I almost screamed. Life became a nightmare. I still had a cat named Annie and Peanut's sister Tinker. Annie was my lifeline. She wast the nicest cat but she sure was the greatest. I cried about Peanut for about two months. Then my dad brough home a little brown mountain cur puppy. She was beatiful, but so unruly. We had such a time keeping her away from the road and Annie.
Then one day I had to go to Morgantown W.V. for my monthly checkup of how much I am growing. My mom and grandma went also. About halfway down the road once again Annie was found dead. I went through the day thinking she was home and safe. When we got back, I started calling for her again, she didnt come. My instincts told me to go to the road. My mom yelled for me and I though "oh ok shes in the barn" my moms exact words were this "Kaylee, Annie got hit by a car" I screamed I didnt think it was possible, I told mom to give her to me, but I screamed and told her to take her back. Her face was smashed. My beautiful cat had become my worst nightmare. We wrapped her in a jacket of mine and buried her beside Peanut. I don't know if you have ever carried your "life line" to her burial place, but its the hardest thing you can do.
It's not possible
Re: It's not possible
So sorry to hear this. I have buried some pets too in my life, two due to accidents, and it never gets any easier.
