prayers for me

I am asking for prayers for myself. Yesterday I read a terribly disturbing story about an abused dog and I was unable to sleep last nite. I cannot get this out of my mind. I try not to think about the suffering of this animal but it's so painful. I feel like my heart was ripped out. I am having such a difficult time accepting the Lord's will in this. I know there are no answers, but prayers would be appreciated.
