By my dad. tha back paw is borken but something is like hanging out of his anus...........We think its his butthole itself.......but its all red, and like 1-2 inches long....

rear end thing is probably a prolapsed rectum which, if so, needs to be replaced before it gets necrotic or "rotted" than can be more sereious than the fracture....borken bones you have time to wait and fix but a prolapse rectum needs quick like replacement---again, if that is what it is...
