my cat is missing

My cat went missing for 5 days now and i'm really worried that something has happened to him. would he have left because he maybe jealous of my 2 other puppies?

i'm no behaviorist expert (probably even spelled it wrong), but my guess is no. anything is possible i suppose.

my experience is animals will work hard at explaining themselves as opposed to running away from a situation (assuming the situation isn't physically dangerous for them).

there have been some very good recent posts here on possible "run away" felines, read up on them and stick around. i hope the best for your cat...please keep us updated on changes.
