2 week old kitten needs help

Hi... I'm new here. I found a two week old kitten left in a trash can this morning. I don't think she was there very long. She wasn't cold and she seems to have a big tummy. She is nursing from a bottle every two-three hours and sleeping the other times. She has little scabs on the top of her head and I was wondering if this is anything serious. I'm taking her to the vet on Tuesday but if it's something that requires immediate attention I will take her sooner. Any thoughts?

i dom't think the scabs are serious or at least they can wait, the tummy may be a problem , ie she may be getting blocked without the htelp of the mother...try taking a warmwater cotton swab and gently rub m her butt to see if you can stimulate defecation,,,you can also take a regular mercury thermometer and put vaseling on it an insert it a coupel time to see if defecation takes place...if nothing then i would get her to the vet monday if possible
