my 10 month kitten excretes from his rectum

my kitten Sam is 10 months old and it seems that when he gets excited or nervous he excretes liquid from his rectum. Is smells like poop but it is more like clear fluid. Other wise he is fine and very active. He has been neutered and had all his shots etc. My other cats never seem to leak like this one has. Does anyone think it is serious or abnormal, any ideas about it? thanks for helping me with this, puffruger

It could be anal glands, may be impacted or infected, need to get your kitten checked by your vet please.
