I feel silly for even asking this . . . but I lean toward the side of caution, especially since I've had a sick kitty since she's been born, and she's just now starting to recover.
Here it goes . . . Josie is finally loosing her baby teeth, or at least the big ones. She has lost both of the sharp bottom teeth this week. I completely understand that that's normal. My concern is that she threw up this morning (looked like food) and she just doesn't seem like she feels well and is quite irratible.
Do you think that the vomit was because of the blood she swollowed? I read somewhere that they have a loss of appetite when they're teething.
Like I said, it's probably nothing, but I have to get your opinions. You've all been such a big help before.
Thanks in advance for your replies!!!

Re: silly Q about kitten's teeth
i would suspect, as you say,it is nothing but if it goes on more than a day or so with a kitten i would get her checked...teething is a perfectly normal process that most animals accept as part of growing...the amount of blood loss is so small thqt any bit that got into the stomach is so insignificant..if she iss tillloosing her cookies tomorrow call your vet because it could be anything from worms to infection...etc....have fun
