New stray.

HI, I am making friends with a little (young) stray kitten. She (?) is black...long haired and just as cute as a button. I am a hotel manager, she and another one showed up about 3 weeks ago at our hotel, I can't make any head way with the other one (tabby) but have made friends with her. I am leaving her outside until I get paid, so then I can take her to the vet and get her spayed, and checked for fleas and earmites. The last time I brought a kitten home (Trouble) she was loaded with them, and passed them to Patches.
Anyway....can you all give me ideas on how to get these two to accept her easier?? and how about a name...
And how to convince my husband this is the righ thing to do?? LOLL
