Anyone have any Idea what could be wrong with my kitten?

Picked up little Penelope about 1 month ago. She acted like a normal kitten does, being a little terror and all, but she would twitch constantly. So I took her to the vet to get her checked out (bloodwork). Everything came up fine (they tested blood/sugar, or any internal organ problems). On the same day after coming home from the vet (about 30 mins later), when her blood was taken, she went into convulsions for about 30 seconds, woke up, like nothing happened. So I take her back to the vet, he gives me some Diazepam to give to her. She was like a limp noodle for a day, ate like a pig afterwards, gave her less the next day (1/32nd of a pill), same effects as 1/4 of a pill. I took her off of it after 2 days because her symptoms were still the same. She's been fine for the last 2 weeks (apart from regular twitching), having no seizures. Just today she was sitting beside me on the couch, she started meowing really loud, and what looked like gagging and foaming at the mouth, she jumped off the couch, and tried to run behind it as fast as she could, i picked her up and ran her to the bathroom as fast as i could, and she did kitten number 1 and 2 on the floor, and cried like she was dying. Anyone have any idea what this may be???

Get her to your vet immediately.....since she has a seizure history, don't take any chances......get her seen NOW please. Be prepared for another blood profile.
