growth

Do cats have growth spurts like humans? My Bella is 8 months old now and all of a sudden is larger than all the other kitties her age (Me and a bunch of people at work all got kittens at the same time and they were all about the same age) At first i didn't notice, but i swear that she's bigger now than she was two weeks ago! Im wondering if there is a normal growth rate, anyone know?

i guess like people, some cats are just a little "special". as with all things, keep your cats under vet supervision if you feel their health is questionable.
