Strange Cat Behavior

My friends cat is about 7 - 8 months old. He just started dumping his toys into his water dish. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Does anyone have any info as to why a cat might do this?

hi...not sure why they do it but several of my cats do the same thing...either in the water dish or their food dish...I always thought it as cute, especially watching them try to get it out from the water

A friend's cat does this; I think it's ingenious - he does it to loosen the fur off of his toy mice - after they've had a good soak, the fur comes off and he starts eating it...
