My brother has a female cat, she fixed and stays indoors. The problem is she hisses at everything and everyone in other words she very nasty.
She was declawed so she can't scratch. He and his wife are expecting there new baby soon and are worried they don't know what to do. Can you please tell me whats wrong with "Precious" and if there is anything that could be done?

Your post is somewhat vague.....how old is she, when was her last vet check-up? Constantly hissing usually means extreme stress, agrivated by something in the environment or from an underlying health problem.
Bottom line, get her seen and examined by a vet promptly.
