think?
I heard Willow growling so I grabbed the camera, snuck around the corner and caught him...he didn't even seem to notice I was there he was so occupied Anyway, they aren't the greatest because I was snapping fast before he actually went after her.
First one
then he moves forward a little more...head goes down just a bit
then he started to go after her and I stood up (I was squatting to get the pics)...as soon as I moved he went all "I'm not doing anything!!"
BTW..his tail is down in all this....never up, never puffed out, his ears are never back, he never growls or snarls or hisses...
I got pics of Gizmo in his "stalking behavior" wha

LOL! I see what you mean about his eyes...or is that just the red eye from the camera?
The head going down is definitely part of the stalking routine, and the tail not up or puffed really isn't part of stalking....The tail would lay low and will generally swish from side to side. I see this all the time with my two....only they usually just play fight and they're a fair match for each other.
In fact, when they were kittens they used to collide in mid air. They had some sick-o game of chicken where they would both be in the stalk position, facing each other....then take off and one would have to jump over the other or they would collide. Sometimes they would both jump and wind up colliding in mid air, but they always start off in the stalking position. Never could figure that game out!

man I knew I should have removed the red-eye!! Now everyone is gonna think Gizmo is the demon cat
I'd like to think it is all in fun, but obviously Willow and Frodo don't There is just something about the way he does this that makes me think it isn't play *sigh*...we have our good days and we have our bad days..he's been good for a week and then yesterday and today he's did it twice, once to Frodo and once to Willow.
