Hello,
A neighboors cat came to live with us afew months ago. Recently we had a cat-flap put in.
We feed her 1 Whiska's pouch in the morning and 1 in the evening, we also leave dried food out for her so it is available for her whenever.
However She is coming in through the cat-flap at night and meowing at me and jumping on to my bed and purring. I'm not getting any sleep. We have tried shutting the bedroom door but she meows until she is let in.
What shall i do to stop her waking me up?

if you plan on taking care of this kitty, then yes....indoors.
the purring and jumping up on the bed is an effort (most likely) to get attention from you, probably is trying to love up on you. picking her up and placing her on the floor over and over again will eventually send the message in most cats (need to stick to it, otherwise it will confuse her). of course, as with all things, it could be to get attention for some pain she is in, but if the evening is the only time then i doubt it.
first things first, plan on a vet visit to have all the routine tests/checks done to rule out potential health issues that you need to be aware of (for proper diet, etc).

First of all how old is this kitty? Has she had a vet exam and shots? If not this would be first on the list to do.
I suggest leaving out some dry food (which is better for them) in the evening like Iams dry formula to snack on. That is what I do for both my cats, Chloe 4 months and Honeybun 5 yrs (she is definitely a grazer). I do not increase the amount, just leave out the food for them to snack on when they want it.
Also try playing with her in the evening to tire her out some. My Honeybun actually goes to bed in the evening when we do. It is cute!!
It would be good if she good stay insidewith so many dangers outside.
