URGENT!!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME .....my 2yr old persian who we adopted as an ex breeder is displaying very bad breathing probs...he opens his mouth up wide and his tongue sticks out and it is VERY RASPY!!! he cant move much or the breathing gets worse....his eyes are dripping a thick deep brown and he seems very lethargic.....when we adopted him 6 months ago he tested negative for feline leuk. I dont know how to help him im 17 and my mom wont bring him to a vet......If u can identify what may be wrong please notify me.....dewliscous@hotmail.com I am in urgent need of help for my little sphynx.[/list]

You MUST get your kitty to the nearest ER vet IMMEDIATELY and not a minute later!!

Only your vet can diagnose your kitty, breathing problems and lethargy are EMERGENCIES.....tell your mom to get kitty to an ER vet NOW, your kitty is depending on you!!

The only way to help this cat is at a VET! Persians are prone to these types of problems due to the decreased size of their sinus passages (among other reasons) This cat is in severe distress and if YOU can't get him to the vet then call the breeder and tell her she needs to help you. If she is reputable, she will find a way to help. But don't wait to find out, just take this cat in NOW!
