help me: i think something is wrong with my 3 month old cat
Please help, my kitten Yuna is not eating, drinking, and peeing on my bed. All she does is sleep. She is slow, which is really unlike her. Usually she is up playing and chasing things and crawling up my leg but, these past few days all she does is sleep. The last time she actually got up to eat her food or drink her water was 3 days ago. I went to the store to see what I can do until Tuesday (her doctor appt is on then) and, they said force feed her with a bottle and do the same with water. So in the poast 4 hours she has had 3 tablespoons of kitten milk and not even half a tablespoon of water. I don't know what to do. I am really worried about her. This is my baby I am talking about. She was a birthday gift from my fiancee and I don't want anything to happen to her. Please help me, Please!!!!

No no no no no no. No force-feeding the cat; you can cause her to aspirate liquid into her lungs and die. Do not do this, and shame on the person who told you this was a good idea.
How old is Yuna? If she is old enough to be weaned, she doesn't need kitten milk, although this nutrition is better than nothing if it's all she's getting. But don't force it on her.
You need to treat this as an emergency and find a 24 hour, emergency vet in your area IMMEDIATELY. Doubly so if Yuna is less than six months old, as kittens can fade very quickly. She's peeing on your bed because she wants to get your attention; she's VERY SICK and needs to see a vet RIGHT THIS MINUTE! There is absolutely nothing we can suggest you do for her online; this is a critically ill cat and she must get veterinary care immediately. Do not wait until Tuesday, or it will most likely cost you your cat's life.
I believe you love her. Do the right thing -- find a vet. There are emergency animal hospitals. If you need help finding one, we'll do the best we can here, but you can probably do it faster with a phone book or by calling information. Please don't wait another moment. And please keep us updated. You and Yuna are in my thoughts/prayers.

i took her to the vet. i just got back. he said it could be anything at this point. he put her on a medication and um said if she doesn't eat by tomorrow at noon to bring her back. she is only 3 months. i dont understand how this could be happening to a cat that has barely lived her life. i know this is outrageous but this little girl is my life. i could really use prayers or something because i cant lose this little girl. i love her more then i have ever loved any animal in my life.

Don't you worry, hon; you've got all my thoughts and prayers, and as soon as more people wake up and read this, you'll have theirs, too.
Where did your fiancee get Yuna from? If she's from a shelter, there's a good possibility that she picked it up before you even got her, and she's just now showing the signs. What's her medical history? Has she been vaccinated? Did you have her examined by a vet when you first brought her home? Don't panic, these are just standard questions so we can give you the best advice we can. We can't diagnose Yuna from here, but we can hopefully give you a good idea of what to expect, good questions to ask the vet, and all the support you need.
Hang in there, you're doing the best you can for her. *HUGS*

I'd strongly recommend taking the kitten to another vet. I'm sorry, but a vet who says it could be anything and sends you home with medication without keeping a kitten that is this sick is not doing the job properly. Find another vet and get the kitten seen again ASAP. Of course since it's Sunday you will probably need to see an ER vet. Not eating for 3 days is a VERY VERY serious situation for any cat but much more so for a kitten. Keeping her in my prayers...I know you love her.

She has had her shots. I got her from a friend and he said she went to get her check up right before I brought her home. She has never had a problem. The medication she is on must be helping. She is eating a little bit of wet food at a time. She is up and drinking and walking around. She made a very large urination last night and another one this morning. She is also drinking that kitten milk that I stated earlier. I want to thank you for praying for her. She just made another one. I think we had a bowel movement this morning not sure. I fell asleep for about 30 minutes. She is running around, meowing, it is almost like she is getting back to her old self again. Her medication must be helping she is eating wet food. She has never had any problems. She is only 3 months old and the doctor said if she doesn't eat or stays the same around 12 to bring he back in but, she is eating, out of bed, urinating. It sounds like she is getting better right?

I'd still keep a close eye on her. Sounds like she is doing better but kittens that age can make a turn quickly. Any sign that she is reverting to being lethargic or not eating get her to the vet. Otherwise I'm glad to hear she is doing better and acting more normal. I'd still insist that the vet let you know what they found. Did they do any bloodwork? Take stool samples? Anything? What did they put her on?

Re: help me: i think something is wrong with my 3 month old
I'm so glad to hear she's doing better! But I might take Tina's advice and perhaps find a feline-only vet, or a vet that comes highly recommended from family or friends, to give her another look. For a vet to throw out words like cancer or FIP and then not test for these things seems odd to me. If you have had good experiences with this vet, then go ahead, but make sure to ask lots of questions -- what tests are you doing, what are the results, what treatment are you giving her, how much for how long, prognosis, et cetera. I'd definitely take her in for that second visit even if she's doing much better. And continue to keep an eye on her for a while. But you're right, it's very good that she's eating and is using the litterbox normally. Fingers still crossed!
Re: help me: i think something is wrong with my 3 month old
I am taking her again to a different vet tomorrow. Unless she changes at all but, otherwise she will be going tomorrow to a all cat vet. I am going to call some today. He put her on Clavamox Liquid Bottle, dosage .4mL every 12 hours. All he did was take her temperature, feel her stomach, weigh her, and give her a shot for her fluids. She is no longer dehydrated, thank God. She just ate again. Right now she is walking around. He did say it felt like there was fluid in her stomach, which was a sign of FIP (so he said). I am taking her to an all cat vet tomorrow. I will not take a chance on losing this little girl. She is my guardian angel and I will not let her go. I just can't. Thank you for praying. She needs all the help she can get.

You're doing everything you can, and you're doing everything right. It's good to see a cat owner willing to go above and beyond for their beloved pet. You've got my prayers.
