Try tempting her with slightly warmed cream (although don't let her drink much, it will cause diarrhea, just let her come to it, so you can try to catch her with a box, heavy blanket, etc). Can also try tempting her with salmon, tuna, sardines or any other fishy-scented cat foods.
If that eye really is as bad as you describe, it needs vet attention ASAP..infection could set in and she could lose the eye. The quicker you can get her to a vet, the more likely it will be able to be treated.
