Ok. Tomorrow morning, get up and eat "enough" breakfast to last you through the entire day and til the next morning.
Think you'll know how much to eat to avoid feeling sick and yucky all day?
I tend to think of my kitties as little human beings in fur coats, and treat them as such.
As such, they get breakfast, a late lunch (4 pm), and a late supper (10 or 11 pm). Of course, if they haven't finished the meal before, I don't bother filling the bowl. I just make sure they've had their "3/4-to-1 cup total" for the day. I guess you could call it a cross between scheduled feedings and free feeding.
