Read the introductions link again, in it's entirety, you might have to start new with re-introducing them. The most important thing is spending quality time with them and creating playtime/activity for them in the same space so they can get used to having a GOOD experience, and so they can focus on that good experience rather than each other. Playtime with interesting toys and your direct interaction with them is not only healthy, but is stimulating for them. At the same time, make the environment interesting for each of them when they are not playing together etc. Make sure the female has a safe haven to retreat to when stressed, such as another room with her favorite things (a kitty bed that is just hers, her favorite toys, etc). Make sure you have interesting toys for them to play with, and above all, at least one scratching post, and a safe kitty tree near a safe window for them to look out of.
Your male is more rambunctious, and therefore requires different stimulation than your female. Play with him more, with different toys, and ensure you're spending enough quality time with both of them, including that playtime activity that involves them both together.
ALL the family members need to devote equal time to this, and be consistent with the playtime schedules, etc.
