Yes it is between shoulder blade.
We did had a UTI diet food changed like a year ago due to the fact it wasnt helping so we change into UR/OX and it did work for a year. I dont think it was a cryst but skin didnt grown bigger.. I hope your dog is doing well and doesnt happen again.
It just always in same place.. I will call the vet about lesion. She seem confidence that it wasnt hurting her and think that trouble can wait til 29th...
But i will call the vet tmw since i couldnt today due to the fact i had a dr app and family..

yes, biopsies are relatively simple to do and can give alot of information, just as the paragraph stated...
If a skin scrape does not give any clues as to what it is, then I would talk to the vet about a biopsy to remove the entire area and send it in for pathological testing...

Yes, biopsies can be helpful to determine exact problem and cause.
However, I am truly concerned that this was found a year ago, the vet only treated ONCE, and now both vets continue to ignore it.
Please, gurl, see a new vet and get a new exam done, skin scrape or culture. Also get a copy of Trouble's records from the current vet, so he can review the type of vaccination given at that time to determine if that may have had something to do with it. Also, find out if any other injections were given in that area around the same time it was found or even since then. Also, were any flea product applications given in this area? If so, what was the product(s)?
A biopsy may not be necessary, you should start with minimal diagnostics first (like the skin scrape and culture), and since she's suffering a UTI right now, she shouldn't be under anesthesia when an infection is present (anesthesia would be required to obtain a biopsy).
