How did that Zero Odor work out for you?

It didn't arrive before I left for my parents' house for the holidays, on the 16th. I haven't asked my roommate yet, but I'm sure it's there by now. I fly home on Thursday. As soon as I give it a try, I'll let you know.

Haven't had any other incidents since I made the thread, even with me leaving. Roommate reports all feline activity has been normal. They adore her, so having her around when I can't be makes them feel more secure.

For the record, despite them taking the money from my bank account, the Zero Odor product never arrived. I ordered it in November. I am now going through the hoops with their customer service to either get a refund or have the product finally sent to me, but regardless, I could not possibly be more dissatisfied with the company.

If it was supposedly sent by fedex or UPS for example, you could have put a trace on the shipment, which could end up causing the company money for their own loss or having to send you a new product, already credited.

I never even got shipping confirmation, Traci. They sent me an e-mail saying they had gotten the order, but it didn't say which service was sending it. I don't think it was ever sent at all. But they sure charged my account right away...
