Little Chloe again

Post by Mona »

SHe is such a joy!! My daughter and I decided to groom and change litter boxes last evening.

First , Honeybun was wiped down with Allerpet C and nails trimmed. Her teeth had been brushed recently and were white ( I am so happy that we kept up on this).

Next, little Chloe ( she will be 12 weeks old on the 20th of July). We wiped her off lightly with Allerpet-C and then came her nails. She does little adorable meow-squeals and tried to get away, it is so cute, but she was good about the whole thing. She let my daughter trim her claws on all four paws!!! She got a treat afterward. She is losing her little front teeth and she is chewing on things. We got her a baby teething ring!!

I promise to post pictures this weekend.

Just wondering - what does the Allerpet do? Does it help them by not smelling each other so much, or mixing their smells ... ?

Kobi and little Pele are both hissing at each other quite a bit when I've let them out to sniff each other twice. There was definite improvement the second time, though. They are locked in different rooms while I'm at work, but they can see each other through the glass door ...

BTW Kobi is terrible about letting me trim her nails... just rotten. She's too strong for me to hold by myself - twists right out of my arms. :(

I consider my lucky that both girls let their nails be trimmed. Although HOneybun will hiss or even growl and frown in distain.

Yes Allerpet-C does remove dander and odors. I love it, it contains no perfumes or odd additives. It is a natural product mainly for removing allergens, but it worked to remove the shelter odor from Chloe.
