usually my cat is amazingly sweet. she never makes a sound. well i went out to dinner and she was fine. i came home and she was hissing and growling at everything. right now she is laying on my bed with her back towards me. i have had to seperate her from my other cat because she is going crazy towards her. the weirdest part is, she is the young one. usually it is my older one getting angry for now reason.
could she be sick or just want her space?
is my cat crazy?

Re: is my cat crazy?
Something may have happened while you were gone, between the cats, or something else entirely. She could also have a health issue, so you should at the least, check the home for any tell-tale signs she could have gotten into something (like plants, chemicals etc), check her body for signs of a bite or scratch (wet fur, blood, tufts of fur around the house, etc).
If she isn't calmed by morning, get her to your vet immediately.

okay, i checked the house for any chemicals she could have gotten in to. she did not get into anything. she was fine the next morning but, for some weird reason her and my other cat are fighting now. i came home and she was very abusive towards the older cat. they wont even stay in the same room. the weird thing is, my older cat is walking away from her when she tries to start a fight. but, the younger one is acting fine towards everyone else now.
should i just let them do what they need to do, because this happened when i brought the little one home for the first time then they became friends.

Check her over and check for any bites, punctures, scratches, they could have gotten into a fight, if you find anything, to the vet ASAP. If the behavior persists past another day, get her seen by your vet, because yes, hidden health issues can affect sudden behavior changes.
