Just read your edited post....I am not fond of Nutro products, for various reasons, please discuss getting them on to a better diet....preferrably Iams kitten food.

Two of my three orphans exhibited the very same signs and symptoms. Both laid around most of two days but continued to eat and drink some. I took them to the vet who prescribed antibiotics but said that very likely had a respiratory virus. They also received an anti-inflammatory med via sub-cutaneous injuection. The antibiotics were to ward off any potential bacterial infection that might also be lurking about. We watched them closely for signs of dehydration or any thing else disturbing. [The had just been to the vet for their 1st wormings and 1st round of immunizations and were only about 4 weeks old.] By Day 3, all was well again.

Keep us posted on their progress and good luck OK?
