My cat is loosing hair and getting scabs with small bubbles of dried blood on her chin. And its nowhere else on her body. What's wrong with her??

It could be a lot of things, from an allergy to a bite wound to some kind of illness. I'd take her to the vet right away to find out for sure.

Get her to a vet immediately...it could be feline acne as a result of feeding a food she's sensitive to, or feeding canned foodor feeding in a plastic/ceramic/glass dish. It could be a food allergy. It could be eosiniphilic granuloma. It could be a mycobacteria. It could be nearly anything and only your vet can determine what, with a proper exam. Get her seen immediately and be sure to discuss the diet you're feeding her, as well as the type of dish you're feeding her with.

Thanks. She acts normal, but it really makes me worry. I'll take her to a vet as soon as possible.
Strongly 2nd what Traci said - take kitty to a good vet ASAP. My ginger cat Ozwald was diagnosed with feline acne on his chin - started out as little black dots looking like fleas nests, although he was indoor only and there are no fleas in our household. The black dots scabbed and formed pimple like scabs. We found out after numerous tests, scares and 3 different vets that it was due to the plastic bowls I put his food in. Please get kitty tested to rule out every possibility. I always keep an open mind to a worst case scenario with regards to ANY cat problem, this is from long experience. One can never be too sure, and the cat cannot speak to tell us what symptoms they are feeling - they rely on us completely to help them.
