No, the vet said it's very likely he had a stomach virus or something that the antibiotics are clearing up. Today, he is almost back to normal. Normal stools, eating fine, playing, running around, happy meows, etc. He is doing really well.

What were the results of the calicivirus testing?

Still waiting for them to come back in. They will call me when they get them. Still a possibility.

Glad to hear he seems to be improving, but watch him like a hawk, and if anything, no matter how slight occurs, back to the vet immediately.

How is the kitten doing? Still doing well? Watch the kitten like a hawk too, and preferrably a new followup vet check for both after the course of antibiotics (or sooner if any symptom develop or worsen).
