PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Okay for the past 2 weeks my cat "Bingo" Hardly ever moves/eats he lets out this HORRIBLE yowl every few minutes like hes in HORRIBLE pain. His litter box SEEMS to be unusually clean...PLEASE help me figure out whats wrong with my poor kitty!!

some other major problem...cats just don't howl in pain or not use the liter box for no reason....especially if he is a male

hes a male kitty about 20 pounds....

Please, you posted two hours ago, get your kitty to your nearest ER vet immediately.....your kitty may have a blocked urethra, which can be fatal within minutes to hours, don't take that risk. While this could be nearly anything, your comment on the clean litterbox is a RED FLAG that your kitty is in dire need of an ER vet exam NOW please.

K my kitty is at the vet they said it COULD be an EXTREAME case of constipation(sp?) or a blockage they arnt shure yet...they are running tests and such...will keep you updated....

Okay Bingo is doing FINE!! ^_^ It turns out he was just MAJORLY constipated(sp??) they had to give him a whole bunch of animas(sp??) but hes doing good now!! Thank you all of you I was told if I didnt get him in as soon as I did he would of had to have surgery....thanks to all of you my kitty is doing great!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
