Cat Acne
some of the acnes will clear up on their own but if it
seems to be spreading get her checked and then antibiotics might have to be rubbed in vigoursly....sometimes a little tincture of neglect is best for these but don.t let that go too long if it is spreading.
If it has progressed over a week or so and is becoming severe and resistant, ask your vet for Forte Topical or TriTop, either will clear it up in no time....ideally, your vet should diagnose first.
In the meantime, switch kitty's food/water dishes to stainless steel, they are less likely to harbor bacteria that causes feline acne. Excessive feeding of canned or oily foods can also exacerbate the condition.
