cat outside 4 days after getting neutered

Since Davet answered your question, I will only say this (and do not mean to sound condescending)....you are lucky. But, there's a first time for everything, and for multiple, valid reasons, this is why the forum advocates indoors only. The link should say it all.

so there is no misunderstanding, i also advocate keeping the cat indoors but some people just won;t or can;t do it but be sure you have on file an emergency vet for the Sunday when it gets into a fight with a squirrel or some other critter...., cats skin tears easily
