HELP! My kittens won't stop crying and they won't play!!!

About 2 weeks ago I brought home a 7 week old kitten from outside. She was healthy...she was eating and playing like a normal kitten. Then I decided to go back to where I found her and bring home her brother kitten. I thought I was doing the smart thing because they say that kittens will be happier with their siblings. However this is where all hell broke loose.

I've had problems getting them to eat. They won't play with anything. They look so depressed. They constantly cry. Even when I pick them up they cry on the way up and while they're in my arms. I've tried almost everything and I'm about to give up and take them to a no-kill shelter. If anyone has any idea what's wrong with them please help me.

Please, get them to your vet, young kittens are susceptible to a variety of illnesses, which only your vet can diagnose. Don't wait, if they are suffering an illness, since they have virtually no immune protection, they could fade very fast.
