I have a tuxedo male Mycah, he is in good health, but every once in a while he shakes his head, it is kind of like when you are about to do something and think twice about it and kind of shake your head NO.
We checked his ears for mites, and his ears are clean, he has been doing this for months, he does not scrach his ears, just shakes his head, any ideas?

While most often, one can see earmites, occasionally you can't. It could also be the beginning of an inner ear infection as well. Depending on the age of your kitty, I would also rule out oral problems, tooth decay/abcess or jaw problems, get a full oral exam and thorough ear exam by your vet, you really don't want to let this persist.
