I adopted two cats last week. Sisters, one is 1 yr old and the other is 3 years old. Anyway, the 3 year old, Sylvia, tonight had what I guess I would call cat crazies. She ran like a mad woman around my apartment, as if something were chasing her. I don't know if it is normal for cats to do that, but she hasn't done this until tonight.
Help!
Cat crazies
Re: Cat crazies
I certainly hope its normal, my Dolly does it ever so often. I take it she is just feeling really good and has to let out alittle steam. She is alittle over a year old now and doesn't do it as often, we made a game of it and I chase her around then she will chase me. My husband thinks I'm the one that is crazy. lol Anyway the vets will probably explain this to both of us, but I think they are just having fun. Wanda
Re: Cat crazies
I was figuring that might have been the case
I have a little laser pointer that Sylvia (the crazy one) gets really excited playing with and when I put it away she gets all disheveled about it suddenlly disappearing.

Ha ha... we have serious greeblinz infestation... Serious... And the odd thing is that they seem to infest the bed only when we're in it!

Re: Cat crazies
I get worried if my 2 cats DON'T run around the apartment like madmen! I've become a pro at ducking flying cats as they soar from floor to the top of the couch, and back down. Have fun!
