Toliet trained but has started peeing on things

my cat Ted is 4 months old. He has been toliet trained from a baby. I have never had a problem with him untill i started letting him outside more. we recently moved and ive been slowely adapting ted to his sorroundings, but hes mostly an inside cat. anyway...i started to notice him peeing on piles of clothes, clothes baskets and his own cat bed always on something.... He pees like a girl cat and had his nackers off a month ago. thing is he still poos and wees in his letter tray, its only now and then he pees somewhere else. i tell him off give him a bit of a tap on the bum and rub his nose in it each time it has happened....
its like hes lazy and wont walk to his litter tray....
ive seen him go outside, and i thought maybe he thinks he can go anwhere now...

all i no is he was and is supposed to be toliet trained....

what do i do to fix this?
is it a rebellion adolecence stage? because hes totally destroyed my xmas tree and i seemed he was only peeing on my parters (Damiens) clothes too....we thought he was anti damien or jealous.....hes still in the crazy kitten stage......

i love him dearly i just dont want the place smelling like pee... nor do i want to wear a top thats been peed on....

Why are you letting him outside??? He's only 4 months old, he can't fend for himself, and besides that, the outdoor dangers are just too great, acclimate him STRICTLY indoors only.

Moving/relocation is an extremely stressful event for cats, the stress can induce all sorts of health and behavioral problems. The first and foremost thing to do is get him completely examined by your vet.

NEVER, never, rub a cat's nose in urine or feces, NEVER. You are only agrivating the situation by doing so (would you like this done to you?). Also, reprimanding does not involve other physical harm (no matter how mild you think it is).

He is not lazy, you need to pay a closer look at the litterbox: is it cleaned daily? Is it in a private area, away from heavy traffic areas in the home? Have you tried switching litter type? Since you allow him outdoors, he is being somewhat territorial, hence the inappropriate elimination outside of his litterbox.

You need to LET him be a kitten, again he is only 4 months old. It sounds like you need to make some mild adjustments to his environment, first by keeping him indoors only, and re-training him to use his litterbox in one location only (provide a second box in another area, this might help).

Above all else, get him to your vet to rule out potential health problems, like a urinary tract infection, etc. Then when your vet has pronounced him healthy, you need to exercise patience with him in the home. You have to be comitted to litterbox re-training if necessary and be patient and forgiving if he has accidents, this is his way of telling you that something is wrong. If he picks up on *your* stress, he will in turn be stressed himself.
