immunoregulin for stuffy nose in cats

please forgive me if i'm doing this all wrong--my first time ever on a message board. my cat has been suffering from a stuffy nose, difficulty breathing, and sometimes bloody nose for quite some time. she's had all the x-rays, probes, and bloodwork but there seems to be nothing medically wrong. my vet put her on immunoregulin and i've given her 2 shots so far, but my poor cat is not getting any relief. has anyone else tried this?

How old is your kitty, and is she up-to-date on vaccinations? Has she been tested negative for FELV/FIV? Can you explain what tests were done, and when you mentioned probe, was a cytology done on any exudate to rule out virals vs bacteria? Were polyps or severe sinusitis ruled out?
