HI! My cat is 12 years old. Siamese/male.
Just recently he started using the bathroom underneath the dining room table. No longer using the litter box. He is hungry all the time!
He vomits all the time. At least 2-3 times a week. He had huge bites all over him, I gave him a flea bath but, nothing seems to be working?? I don't know what else to do? Please help? I love my cat to death and My mom said if he keeps using the bathroom everywhere we will have to put him to sleep! I don't want to give up on him! please help!

You need to get your cat to the vet ASAP...he could have a urinary tract infection and needs vet care ASAP! As far as the fleas go, please refrain from using over the counter flea products as they can cause more harm than good...to control fleas you should get some Advantage or Frontline from your vet and apply it as directed. Please get your cat to the vet now before this gets any more serious. Let us know how things go

What do you mean "has huge bites all over him"? Is he allowed outdoors? Does he fight with other cats? What type of bites are they?
Hungry all the time....what are you feeding him? What is his water consumption like....normal or infrequent? Does he have normal stools or diarrhea? What is he vomiting, food, undigested food, bile, or?
Tina is correct, you need to get your kitty to a vet IMMEDIATELY, he needs full blood profiling to rule out common disease conditions associated with senior kitties. Don't wait on this, your kitty is depending on you to get a proper exam by your vet and diagnosed accordingly. There are various diseases an older kitty can succomb to, but some are completely treatable if caught early on. We cannot diagnose here, only your VET can....please take kitty in NOW.

"has huge bites all over him"
they were huge now they are scabs.. like open soars.
he is an out door cat, but, i don't think he fights with other cats.
he is de-clawed in the front. i am low on funds. is there anywhere in columbus, ohio where they look at cats for free, or very low prices???
i feed him iams, he likes it, he drinks his water like normal. he vomits his food sometimes whole sometimes not.
we just thought he was eating too much... no blood or bile...
Thanks -Sheena

Don't wait, call the vets in your area and compare exam prices and ask about geriatric blood screening prices to compare. Your local humane society might be able to tell you of reduced cost options from vets in your area.
It's near impossible for us to venture much further here...only your vet can properly examine your kitty and determine if there may be a hidden illness going on. We do not take risks here, get your kitty to your vet immediately. Those wounds could be anything from punctures and bite wounds to seriously infected abcesses to flea allergy dermatitis or even as a result of a serious underlying health condition (i.e., hyperthyroidism, wounds slow to heal, etc). While at your vet's, discuss the potential need to change kitty's diet to one that is more suitable to his needs and requirements, and if necessary, geared to any specific health conditions if your vet warrants it.
Btw, a declawed cat should NEVER be allowed outdoors, ever. They cannot defend themselves properly...the outdoor dangers are just too many.

Sheena, Urgent, Please read:
In your email msg, you indicated that you gave your kitty a flea bath AND applied a Hartz flea product on him. I must URGE you to get your kitty to your nearest vet immediately, Hartz products can be toxic to cats, the "bites" you describe could very well be a severe reaction to both products you used, DO NOT WAIT, GET YOUR KITTY TO AN ER VET IMMEDIATELY!...take with you the full packaging you used from BOTH products so that the vet can determine toxicity exposure....you must understand that Hartz flea products are extremely harmful, many cats have died as a result of toxicity to their exposure. Coupled with the use of another flea bath product, your kitty could be suffering a severe toxic reaction, there is no time to waste!
