Re: Liquid Medicine Converson to CC
Thank You. We appreciate your response. The vet is closed or we would have checked there. Did not notice the bottle did not have a dropper in it until we opened it.

Liquid Medicine Converson to CC
We have been prescribed liquid antibiotic to give our cat and the directions say 1 ML. We want to use a syringe to put in the cats mouth, (without the needle of course) but all the ones we have are marked off in CC's only. Can anyone tell me how many CC's equal a ML?
Thanks
Thanks

Puffy Upper Lips
Thought we were getting along well after the ear infection cleared up but now, Callie a 4 year old calico female's upper lips are puffy. Looks like she has a poor fitting set of dentures. She is eating and seems to be ok in every other way. Any ideas as to what the problem might be? Had this problem...

Re: Sudden loss of Hearing
The "Cat" vet said she was in the right weight bracket even though she has lost weight each time we took her in. The regular vet is the one who said she was on the fat side. Of course this was before she got so sick with the ear thing. The cat vet said it could take up to 6 months for the ...

Re: Sudden loss of Hearing
The Wednesday appointment was because we were new a new patient and the fact Callie does not play well with others. They wanted plenty of time to evaluate her. They did ask if she was drinking and eating, which she is. They did say they would take her on an emergency basis but since she was eating a...

Re: Sudden loss of Hearing
The orbax was prescribed yesterday for the ear problem. Not the urinary tract problem. Clavamox was used for the urinary issue. She has laid around most of the day. Eating only canned food and not much of that. Is drinking water. The ears are the problem. Shaking head and loss of equilibriam. Will g...

Re: Sudden loss of Hearing
I have checked the yellow pages and found a place called Hospital for Cats. Left a message for them to call me tomorrow morning.
Do you think we should continue with the antibiotic Orbax 22.7 mg ? If there is inner ear problems will this help?
