The problem with feeding dog (or puppy) food to a cat, is it doesn't have taurine in it, which cats need pretty badly. Without it, they can go blind or even die. I would think that eating it occasionally it wouldn't hurt them (I hope not, since my parents cats eat their dogs food sometimes), but the...

Cat throwing up -- help!

I have a 13 year old cat who is throwing up. She has only thrown up once that I know of, but I just recently had her in to the vets because she was throwing up and was very shaky on her feet (staggering, really) and was extremely dehydrated.
