Re: Cat Food/Kitty Litter
Well I have two kitties, Chloe eats Science Diet Natural Chicken Dry and wellness canned. Honeybun eats "Royal Canin" Special Dry formula for senstive stomachs. I have tried several litters, but like the Tidy Cat Crystal Blend for multi cats the best!!! I used to use Scoop Away, but now I ...

I wonder if your Siamese could be losing some hearing or vision at her age. It is not uncommon and will make them feel insecure if you are not in the room with them. My Aunt had a Siamese who lost his vision and would cry and howler all the time. Just a suggestion, hope that everything is ok, and it...

Re: Cat ate ribbon
I have had experience with this, and you must get to a vet asap. My kitten ate a yo-yo string which was sticking out of her anus, and we took her right in for an xray. Luckily it came out and no damage was done. As others have said, the vomiting and diarrhea indicate something is wrong, please do no...

Re: Is my cat dying?
Please take kitty to the vet asap as Davet said kidney failure may be the cause of this. He is trying to tell you something, so do not delay call for an appointment immediately. Mona

IF it were me I would take kitty to the vet for an exam, he may be in pain and could have injured the tail. Mona

Re: need help clipping claws
I too have two different cats, HOneybun is tolerant (6 yrs old), but Chloe does not like it and struggles and hisses LOL! I use my daughter to hold her and gently clip away. Being sleepy is a good idea too!!

Sorry for your loss. It must have been a lot to go through, esp with not knowing exactly what was causing the problem. I do know that HOneybun cannot take Clavamox it contains an extra ingredient besides the amoxicillin. It upsets her stomach, and my daughter also cannot take Augmentin (same as the ...

Re: Knee Problems with Aby kitten
Susan~ Oh yes!! I paid $885.00 for one knee to be done!! This was the total price, excluding my ER visit which was another $143.00. This included the surgery and medications for $885.00. The recovery period was difficult due to the fact that you must keep them from jumping or running as much as poss...

Re: Chloe Panting
Traci~
It seems to happen lately and we did not notice it previously.
Each time she jumps a lot for her feather, and I have noticed she does not play as much as she did before either.
I am keeping my eye on her, and will have a thorough exam done with a lot of questions.

Chloe Panting
Chloe is now about 9 months old. After playing with her feather toy for a short period of time, she overheats and starts panting heavily. I am very upset about this. Has anyone experienced this, could it be her heart etc. I am of course taking her Saturday to the vet and I was ask to not overtax her...
