if it was me who had the money to take him to the vet, i would of done ages ago, but my mum doesnt have the same attitude.. she hates spending money on him

toilleting problem
i have a 13 year old ginger tom who has excreted in the house a couple of times recently, he has never done this before except for maybe when he was a kitten. my mum has threatened to put him down if it continues!
