Re: For those who remember my Sals, she's gone to be with he

Thanks Cleo. I hope Bella will have a peaceful passing. You're right. It sucks. I'm just glad Sals lived so long and even in the later years maintained incredible stamina. Up until last Monday she really still was up and about, demanding to be fed, being next to me and all that she normally did for ...

Re: For those who remember my Sals, she's gone to be with he

Thank Traci; this is so not easy! She was 19 and I knew it was coming, just not as soon. The past half year she had started losing weight and she was getting frail. I oted not to torture her like Razzeratz but although she was drinking more water it wasn't really much of an issue. She still got arou...

For those who remember my Sals, she's gone to be with her br

Rest in peace Sals (April 30, 1995 thru August 29, 2014) What a great friend you've been for such a long time; things just won't be the same without you. Empty space by the computer and pillow, but not my heart.

Re: My Jackson is so chill

I use the uprights...dirt devil, hoover, bissell; they all "suck". She's not afraid of any of them. I sometimes have to actually nudge her out of the way. I'd bet anything if there was a space on it for her to sit I could push her around on it.

Re: My little foster has a fractured hip

Gimlet is doing well. We took her out of the crate last night and gfave her access to just the sdpare room. We put her brother Mojito in the crate as he was just neutered during the day. They were fairly quiet for a while. I then went in and laid on the cot to go to sleep. Gimlet was on top of me bu...

Re: My little foster has a fractured hip

She's the fourth orange female foster I've had. Boys are more prevalent, but there are quite a number of girls.

Re: My little foster has a fractured hip

Cleo, all kitties are fine except for Gimlet with the hip surgery. And yes Margarita is a girl. Mojito is your typical friendly big orange boy. He's going to be a big boy And he's getting neutered today. Poor little guy.

Re: My little foster has a fractured hip

Third eyelid is not a problem....I just did a series of flashes which is why she looks so disturbed in the picture. The crusites went away within three days of the clavamox. She's a little spitfire with a mind of her own. She know what she wants, when she wants it and knows how to get it.
