Will dog food harm a cat?
My new cat seems to prefer eating my dog's food. I keep food for him in his room and he eats it some, but if there is dog food out, he eats it. I feed them both Iams dry food. I have no idea what he was eating previously as he was a stray. Is this unhealthy for the cat?

Thanks for giving me some hope. New cat is very lovable to me. He wants to sit in my lap all the time and follows me around the house. He also has decided he doesn't want to go outside at all. I sometimes put him in his room just so I can get Charlie to come out and I can hold and pet her.
