OT: (sorry) Any Miami realtors here?

It's me Sara. I'm moving to Miami and was just wondering if any of my cat friends here were realtors. :)

Thanks!

Traci, a question and some news....

I have a new vet who specializes in cats. He has been doing some work and studies in using birth control, one tablet per week in the treatment of things like cat allergies, stomatitis. We have been giving Vest one pill per week with great results and also another patient of his that has a stomatitis...

Dishwashers and cat bowls...

Do you think it's safe to wash my own dishes in the dishwasher with my cat bowls at night? Is that sanitary? I was thinking since the water gets very hot it would be okay.

Thanks!

Re: Traci, abandoned cat that I may have to take home....

Traci, When you get a moment could you please read this article and treatment chart from the DVM magazine? http://www.dvmnews.com/dvm/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=5683 It seems a little drastic the treatments but maybe that's what it takes to get rid of this disease when the patient has the herpes a...

Re: Traci, abandoned cat that I may have to take home....

Traci, Cleo's problems are coming back. It must be from stress. While we were on vacation (35 days) and she was with the cat sitter in her home she got completely well. She has no other animals and I think my cats stress her out. She had her teeth cleaned and a few extractions as you remember. After...

Re: Traci, abandoned cat that I may have to take home....

Vet said her lungs are clear, it's an upper respiratory infection, watery muscous, probably form the stress of the dental because her defenses are down. Antibiotics and a vaporizer. I have to go buy a vaporizor.

It's Sunday and Cleo seems a little congested again. Could it be the stress of her dental? I'll have the vet come and check on her tomorrow.

Re: Cleo, my rescue. What to put on her poster?

Hehehehehehe Cleo, that was funny!

My rescued kitty Cleo's full name is Santa Cleopatra. Santa because all the vets say she is a "saint" and Cleopatra because she's black. :-)
