my friend's dog suddenly had diarrhea and she also threw up...now, she won't eat. what could possibly be wrong with her? They've taken her to the vet but i haven't heard from my friend yet.

My 3 year old male Siamese is in heat but he is eating and grooming himself. Only thing i noticed is that there are times when he is breathing really fast. But after, he gets some sleep, his breathing returns to normal. I'm worried. It's a holiday here, and the vet won't be available till next week....

It is difficult when there are emergencies.
