Greetings, i have two female kittens that are 4.5 months old, was thinking of introducing them to some live catnip, how much is safe? I was thinking of just letting them nibble at the plant as they pleased for a little while.

No neither has been spayed yet, last time i took them to the vet he advised around the end of this month or so, so its coming soon but hasnt been done yet.

Feeding practices
Im just woundering what is better for keeping your cat at a healthy weight. As it is i have dry food constantly in the kittens bowl, the other method of course would be to feed them at designated times of the day. Is either method better or worse?
