Re: Rectal BLeeding

Good News on "Eleven"-(my son named him) Tonight when we got home he was waiting in the driveway for us. I got out of the truck and he came right up to me. I picked him up and he was loving and purring. I took him on the porch under the light and rolled him over and held him like a baby. H...

Re: Rectal BLeeding

As to adopting him, he is already my cat-raised from birth. He is just so beautifully marked that every one wants him- once even a piiz delivery person asked for him. I did find out that he was not salivating Sunday like I thought. When I went out Sunday morning there were wet spots all over my back...

Rectal BLeeding

I have a 1 1/2 year old male siamese stub tail cat. He stays outside and all the neighbors love him and want him and he makes his rounds and they all fuss over him. Yesterday at feeding time he came up on the porch and I picked him up and he started growling and spitting like I was hurting him. I tr...

Re: Feline Leukemia Question

I will do that Traci. The vet told me today that she had tested negative last June when she had the reaction to the flea dip and her tongue turned black. She has been frail since the Hartz drops almost killed her 3 years ago and very succeptible to allergies, etc. He tested her today and said it was...

Re: Feline Leukemia Question

Thanks so much Traci. I knew nothing about this disease until yesterday. I read about how after a positive test on a kitten then it needed to be retested after age 16 weeks. Which caused me to be even more devastated about Simba. BUT they called me today and my cousin's boyfriend who has never in hi...

Feline Leukemia Question

Ok, here I am back again about the infamous Bootsie. On March 15th Bootsie had 4 kittens. (One got misplaced under the kitchen table for 24 hours and died at 2 days old). I just sent one of the kittens to my cousin in KY and she took my precious baby Simba to the vet for shots, spaying etc. She test...

Re: Disappearing kitten

Not good news- I just went and checked and mom and 3 babies were laying all curled up together and my little kitchen floor baby was on the other side of the box by himself.

Re: Disappearing kitten

Ok I am not crazy. Now I know that what I felt was a kitten. I decided to clean my kitchen this afternoon. I had three large garbage bags of clothes that I was donating to charity and on thop of these bags were some winter coats that I had put there so I could clean them. I moved the coats and decid...

Re: Disappearing kitten

Thanks for the tip. I had searched all around looking for the kitten and even checked the littler box. Never did find anything. I took her to the vet this morning and he felt a mass about the size of a kitten he said but he did not think it was a kitten. He did xray y her and said what I felt must h...

Bootsie is home and doing so much better thanks to a shot of Depo Medrol.

She is eating and sleeping and following me around talking to me!!!

Thanks for your prayers!
