are there ways to find a reputable feline-only vet in our area? we live in ocean springs, mississippi.

Hello,
We have a couple outside kitties we adopted that are wandering over to our neighbors house and getting on their car. Does anyone know if any of the liquid animal replellants I see on the internet work? We're trying to find a way to keep them away from his house.

I've read about people using lactulose or propulsid. Are these medicines that I should try first? I don't know anything about these.
