Re: Cat keeps my wife and I up all night...

I SOOOO understand!!! We have two cats in our apartment and in particular my boyfriend's likes to wake us up by licking us or crawling on us, etc. It's very frustrating. We got to the point we were shutting the door but then it got too hot in the room. I've even tried shutting them up in the utility...

Re: Tough Decision

Still looking but no luck w/ adoption centers b/c alot of them don't take outdoor cats. Still need to try the Humane society and look elsewhere.

Re: Tough Decision

Just wanted to say something....Michael apologized to me for his comments and agreed that we may keep ahold of them until we can get them a home...which I'm still looking at doing. That helps though.....

Re: Tough Decision

Talked to Petsmart today and they can't do it b/c of them being outdoors cats and a couple of other reasons. My bf and I keep fighting b/c he's threatening to call the Animal Shelter on them if I take them w/ me and leave them outside even if it's a temporary thing until I can get them a home. My ve...

I'm not absolutely sure as to all of Michael's reasons. I know the main is we just don't have room in our apt and sometimes our two kittens are too much. I'm used to alot of animals whereas he grew up w/ a cat that's really lazy and a small dog :? It's kind of one of those opposites attract kind of ...

Re: Tough Decision

The cats hiss and try to fight each other through the window sometimes but mostly they just hiss. Also, I have to pay pet deposits for each cat we take into this new apartment which is the same at any apt. This one is pretty cheap but my bf and I are only twenty and don't make that much money. Micha...

Re: Tough Decision

I meant 15-20 minutes as you guessed. The little cat was born here...he's about 6-8 months old now and we're are the ones that basically raised him so far. As for the older one, well I really really just want to be selfish and not give him up. I don't know of anyone that would adopt them at this poi...

Tough Decision

I have my two cats that are my indoor cats. But over the last 6 months have come to "own" two outdoor cats at my apt complex. I feed these cats every day and give them water and attention as I can. The older cat follows me wherever I go, including when I walk to my mailbox, and and he'll f...

Still frustrated at my cats:-P

I should have mentioned this before...After I posted last my cats(now almost a year old) shredded a roll of paper towels again. We're now keeping them in a higher cabinet that they don't get into. A big problem that I'm still having and has been happening for awhile is them chewing on the cat litter...
